What if I can't be hypnotised?
You can. As long
as you want to enter hypnosis you will. All you have
to do is follow a set of simple instructions.
How will I know if I am hypnotised?
Some people feel
deeply relaxed in a calm pleasant dream-like state.
It's similar to daydreaming. However, most people cannot
tell the difference between the hypnotised and the waking
states. The one thing that people do notice is an inexplicable
change in their daily behaviours.
What if I get stuck in hypnosis?
You wont. Hypnosis
is not sleep. You can't get stuck in a state of hypnosis.
You are aware of everything around you, and you can bring
yourself out of hypnosis at any time.
Is hypnosis safe?
Hypnosis is completely safe. You cannot
be made to do something against your will! Hypnosis is
a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. You may find
that you sleep better, as a result of using hypnosis.
Will I be under the hypnotist's power (like you see
on TV)?
No. You can't be made to do anything against your will and you can't be hypnotised
if you don't want to. It is your experience and you are in control throughout.
You are aware and in control at every moment and can stop the session at any
time.
Can it help medical conditions?
Yes it can. Hypnosis stimulates the body's own natural healing energies. There
are any number of medical conditions that can be treated under hypnosis including
irritable bowel syndrome, skin conditions, and headaches.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on you, and what it is you want to change. Together we'll discuss
your issues, agree on the best approach and the number of sessions you'll
need. Hypnosis combined with NLP helps people very quickly. The number of
sessions required, are on average one to three.
Are people nervous?
Any nervousness is soon
replaced with calm relaxation. You will receive a warm
welcome at Mindcoach. You will quickly feel at ease and
will be treated in a caring professional manner with
kindness, understanding and compassion. You will be given
a detailed explanation of what to expect and any questions
you have will be answered before the session begins.
