stressful and demanding high-flying career in the
International Media Industry led me on a personal
journey in search of relaxation and calm. This, combined
with a lifelong passion to understand the workings
of our inner mind, inspired me to study, train, and
qualify as a Hypnotherapist, Master Practitioner of
NLP and Motivational Coach.
